Most CVSC communities bring together a voluntary group of local individuals. This board is composed of leaders from the local healthcare, religious, political, and business communities. The group provides guidance, direction, and support for our programs.

Our advisory boards impact our facilities with the resources they bring to our residents and families. In some of our communities, both the local AARP representative and insurance companies provide seminars and educational material on long-term care insurance. In another area, a local hospital sponsors a Senior Enrichment Day, an education program for senior wellness.
