By using a combination of nurses and caregivers, we maintain a close watch over each resident and attend to their special medical and social needs. It is our goal to professionally monitor each resident's relative degree of wellness and life satisfaction every day. We take whatever action is necessary -- in diet, exercise, social events, medication management, or healthcare appointments -- to ensure that our residents are healthy and happy.

We believe that family time should be carefree, not care giving. To assist families, our staff is available to accompany residents on physician visits and coordinate care with the doctor and pharmacy. We increase your family quality time together, and prevent lost time from work and endless phone relays. In addition, family members can review their loved one's recent care delivery, specific nurse's notes and upcoming community information anytime, anywhere with their secure password on the internet. This information is available anytime of day or night and is updated on a daily basis.

To support our resident status monitoring, we have developed a trademarked information and response system. We use web-enabled systems to integrate our care managers, families and the local network of healthcare providers.
